My group coaching courses are designed for people who are no longer looking for quick inspiration or surface level motivation. They are for those who feel ready to understand themselves more deeply, break repeating emotional patterns, and create meaningful, lasting change in the way they think, communicate, relate, and live.

Each course is intentionally limited to a maximum of 10 participants to create a safe, personal, and deeply reflective environment where every person feels seen, heard, and supported throughout their journey.

In a world that constantly pushes us to move faster, perform more, and disconnect from ourselves, these sessions offer something different, a space to pause, reconnect, reflect, and grow with intention.

Through guided reflection, coaching conversations, practical emotional tools, grounding exercises, and shared learning within the group, you will begin to:

  • understand what is truly keeping you stuck.
  • recognise emotional triggers and patterns.
  • rebuild trust in yourself.
  • communicate more truthfully and calmly.
  • create healthier boundaries,
  • and make conscious choices that align with who you truly are.

This is not about becoming someone else.
It is about returning to yourself with greater awareness, clarity, emotional strength, and intention.

The power of group coaching is not only in the learning itself, but also in discovering that you are not alone in your experiences. Growth often happens when we are witnessed, understood, challenged gently, and supported within a meaningful community.

Each course is designed to create change from the inside out, helping you move beyond autopilot and into a more grounded, intentional, and authentic way of living.

THE 5-WEEK FLOW

WEEK 1 — “Where Have I Lost Myself?”

WEEK 2 — “The Triggers Beneath the Reaction”

WEEK 3 — “Truth Without Aggression”

Communication & boundaries

  • speaking truth calmly
  • emotional regulation in conversations
  • boundaries without guilt
  • honesty vs emotional discharge
  • identifying reactions vs truth
  • staying grounded in difficult conversations

Exercise:
Real-life communication scenarios.

WEEK 4 — “Rebuilding Self-Trust”

Intentional living & alignment

  • self-abandonment
