Coaching Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction Welcome to the website of Nermine George (“Coach,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this website and our coaching services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
2. Coaching Services Coaching is a professional relationship designed to inspire and support clients in achieving personal and professional goals. It is not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment. Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and well-being.
3. Confidentiality Coaching sessions and related communications are confidential. However, confidentiality does not apply where disclosure is required by law or where a client poses a risk to themselves or others.
4. Payment & Fees

• Coaching fees are as agreed upon before sessions commence.
• Payments must be made before or immediately after each session.
• No refunds will be issued for completed sessions.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will result in the full session fee being charged.
• If the Coach cancels, the session will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time.

6. Limitation of Liability The Coach is not responsible for any direct or indirect consequences arising from coaching services. The total liability is limited to the amount paid for the coaching services.
7. Termination of Agreement Either party may terminate the coaching relationship with two weeks’ written notice. Unused pre-paid sessions will be refunded at the Coach’s discretion.
8. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including text, images, and resources, is the intellectual property of Nermine George and cannot be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
9. Website Use & Disclaimer
