I signed up for this retreat thinking "I'll try anything once". Starting with a yoga session was a nice warm up for the day. This was followed by a good introduction to the counselling session. I can recommend; even if there are no big issues / problems in your life this exercise of journalling allows you to discover and order your deeper feelings. Thus helping you to stay on the choosen road ahead. The sharing in the group allowed me to learn from other participants' situations and realise that we all have issues; bigger or smaller. The warmth of the organizers was unrivalled. Great way to take a day out of your busy schedules and work on yourself!
