Coaching is forward-focused and action-oriented. It’s not about diagnosing or treating mental health conditions (like therapy), nor is it about telling you exactly what to do (like mentoring). Instead, coaching is about asking powerful questions, offering reflections, and creating a safe, supportive space for you to explore, discover, and take aligned action.
In coaching, I don’t tell you what to do because true growth happens when you think deeper, explore your own answers, and make decisions based on your unique values, strengths, and circumstances. While it can feel tempting to seek advice, advice often creates dependency, not empowerment. My approach helps you build long-term confidence and self-trust, so you can navigate challenges with clarity and resilience, even when I’m not there.
A Parenting and Neurodivergent Life Coach supports parents, caregivers, and individuals in navigating the challenges and joys of raising children, especially when neurodiversity (such as ADHD, autism, dyslexia, etc.) is part of the picture. I help you build confidence, develop strategies, and create a nurturing, empowering environment for your family, without judgment or a “one-size-fits-all” approach.
Coaching is for any parent, caregiver, neurodivergent individual, or person navigating a challenging life transition who wants to:
✅ Feel more confident and grounded in their parenting journey
✅ Understand and support a child’s neurodiversity
✅ Create a more connected and compassionate family dynamic
✅ Build tools for managing stress, overwhelm, and self-doubt
✅ Explore life after a loss, especially as a grieving parent
✅ Embrace a life that aligns with your family’s unique values and needs
Whether you’re at the beginning of your journey or looking to deepen your understanding, coaching can meet you where you are.

Coaching is about you as a whole person, not just your role as a parent. Together, we explore the unique mix of your family’s needs and your own personal goals, dreams, and challenges.

Here are some areas we might explore together:
✅ Understanding neurodivergence and supporting a child’s strengths
✅ Balancing your needs with your child’s needs
✅ Managing family stress and overwhelm
✅ Handling emotional triggers and big feelings (yours and your child’s)
✅ Strengthening communication and connection
✅ Building routines that work for your family
✅ Letting go of guilt and unrealistic expectations
✅ Navigating grief and loss
✅ Advocating for your child in school and community settings
✅ Exploring your own identity, personal growth, and life goals as an individual, not just as a parent
✅ Building a life that feels meaningful, aligned, and true to who you are.

In our sessions, you are seen as a whole human being—not just someone who supports others, but someone who deserves support too.
Yes! While I specialize in parenting and neurodivergence, I also coach individuals navigating personal growth, self-awareness, grief, and life transitions. If you’re looking to explore how you think, break through limiting patterns, or move toward a life that feels authentic and aligned, coaching can absolutely support you.
Do you feel that you know what you would like to achieve? and you kind of see what you need to do, but for some reason, you don’t seem to achieve it?  Then coaching is for you.

This is for you if:
✅ You’re ready to stop doubting yourself and start trusting your instincts
✅ You want to build stronger, more connected relationships
✅ You’re looking for real strategies, not just quick fixes
✅ You’re done with feeling stuck—, nd you’re ready to create momentum
✅ You know there’s more for you— and you’re ready to step into it.

Coaching isn’t just about getting support—it’s about building the tools, mindset, and habits to create the life you want. If you’re ready to feel unstoppable, coaching is for you.
Firstly, I want to say: I see you. Grieving the loss of a child, a loved one, or even the loss of the life you imagined as a parent is an unimaginable journey. Coaching can’t take away the pain, but it can offer a safe, compassionate space for you to:
🌿 Process your emotions at your own pace
🌿 Find ways to navigate your grief while parenting other children
🌿 Honour your loss while slowly rediscovering meaning and hope
🌿 Build tools for resilience and self-compassion
🌿 Explore the possibility of holding both grief and joy in your life
There’s no pressure in coaching—just a space for you to breathe, be heard, and gently explore how to move forward in a way that feels right for you.
You can book a free discovery call through my contact page. In this 20–30 minute chat, we’ll discuss your goals, see if we’re a good fit, and decide on next steps. There’s no pressure—just a warm conversation about what’s possible.
